Church of the Visitation, 755 Mantoloking Road, Brick, will be offering a soup kitchen at noon in the church auditorium on the third Wednesday of every month. All are welcome. There is no charge.

IT had been an ongoing joke for Racquel Fishers family that if they won the Inverell Chamber of Commerce Christmas Promotion the kitchen would be their first choice.

Running a soup a kitchen is a lot like writing a book they both take a leap of faith.

She parlayed her southern delights into a catering business, and ultimately opened her own restaurant. Remember, nothing beats a failure, but a try.
