The Burglar Alarm Service provides 24-hour monitoring while the two-way Interactive Audio Verification Service provides hands-free, live communication with the monitoring center when an alarm goes off. There is also a Lifetime Service Plan that provides free remote diagnostic repairs and re-programming.

The company also provides personal safety by using personal location sensors. Another service is the Latchkey Service. It uses text message or e-mail to keep customers posted of the safety of their children.
